Nordtile

NORDTILE combines excellent wear properties with resilience, high impact strength, and chemical resistance. It can be seamlessly applied to new equipment or used as a patch repair for worn areas, minimizing downtime. Suitable for both waterborne slurries and pneumatic conveyancing, NORDTILE offers superior hardness, enhanced heat and chemical resistance, and is easier to apply than epoxy. Its polymer composition allows for higher solid content, improving wear resistance, while irregular beads overlap to form a resilient layer that prevents washout. Technical Data Sheet

Specifically designed for Vanadium plants, it performs well in environments with high levels of salts (sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, and vanadium pentoxide) at pH values between 3 and 10.
