Deep Pour Grout
-
DEEP POUR GROUT combines exceptional strength with cost-effectiveness. Formulated with a graded aggregate filler, it significantly increases the grout’s volume while maintaining its durability.
Engineered to handle large pour volumes starting at 25mm and above, DEEP POUR GROUT features a semi-fluid consistency that ensures smooth flow. This allows it to easily spread beneath rails and sole plates while maintaining self-leveling properties. The grout effectively preserves critical alignments and withstands high torque loads and vibrations, guaranteeing long-term structural stability in demanding environments. It forms strong, secure bonds with both steel and concrete surfaces and remains unaffected by operating temperatures up to 71°C.
DEEP POUR GROUT is designed specifically for, structural columns, base plates, bridge seals, rail approaches, punch presses, jolt machines, hammermills, large pumps, generators, anchor bolts, reinforcing bars, installation of anchors, compressors, pulverizes, blowers, outboard bearings, crane rails, cable and many more. Steel Trowel Mix
-
STEEL TROWEL MIX allows worn or corroded pulleys to be rebuilt in one-fourth the time of hardface welding, effortlessly restoring surfaces to their original shape.
Once hardened, STEEL TROWEL MIX can be machined, drilled, tapped, or filed like steel, without sagging, and adheres well to horizontal, vertical, or overhead surfaces, making it an ideal choice for fast, cost-effective repairs to steel, iron, or other ferrous castings.
STEEL TROWEL MIX can be used to repair broken metal parts, as a surface coating to protect against abrasion, or as a tooling jig fixture and modeling material. It bonds securely to iron, steel, ceramics, carbide, and concrete. Technical Data Sheet

Acid Grout
-
ACID GROUT'S semi-fluid consistency allows for excellent flow, making it ideal for applications under rails and sole plates, while also exhibiting self-leveling properties. This grout maintains critical alignments reliably, even under high torque loading and vibration. It forms strong bonds with both steel and concrete surfaces and remains unaffected by operating temperatures up to 100°C. ACID GROUT is specifically engineered to handle substantial pour volumes, starting at 25mm and upwards. Acid Grout is typically used in spill areas, large pumps, bridge seals, rail approaches, and structural columns. Technical Data Sheet
